Increase Torrenting and web surfing speed

When I first got my DSL connection way back, even at the speed of 1Mb, I continuously experienced slow browsing. My browser always seemed sluggish and the pages took ages to render. You just have to set the priorities of P2P software such as Bitcomet, download managers, and other programs that consume much of your bandwidth while browsing to "Low". The software automatically sets the priority of your browser to "High". You can also set the priority of "streaming applications" where you stream radio stations and clips to "High", this way you can enjoy the stream without any stuttering or additional buffering.

This software doesn't claim to boost your download speed.
